Privacy Policy

Updated August 31, 2026

This policy explains what the United HVAC website collects, why it is used, and which service providers help run the site.

01

Information you provide through the estimate form

When you request a free estimate, the site collects your name, phone number, property type, selected service needs, problem details, source and landing pages, campaign tags in the URL, and your call or text consent choices. The form does not ask for payment information.

02

Information collected when you use the website

Google Analytics may collect page views, session activity, approximate location, and browser or device information using cookies and similar identifiers. Google Analytics may receive the selected service needs, property type, form placement, submit choice, and SMS-consent state. This includes form-step activity before a free estimate request is submitted. The site does not send your name, phone number, or problem details to Google Analytics. Vercel may process network and technical request data to host, secure, and operate the site. The estimate and call-click endpoints may use an IP address temporarily for rate limiting.

03

What happens when you tap a phone link

The site may record the page, time, button location, number the button opens, landing page, campaign tags, and referrer. That information can be sent through Resend as an owner notification. A phone-link click does not prove that a call was placed, received, connected, or completed.

04

How United HVAC uses the information

United HVAC uses the information to respond to free estimate requests, understand the property and equipment problem, route the request, measure website use, protect the site from abuse, and keep records related to customer communication. This site is not configured to sell or rent the information submitted through the estimate form.

05

Service providers that process information

HighLevel receives and stores free estimate requests in the customer relationship system. Resend sends owner notifications for form submissions and phone-link clicks. Google Analytics measures website and form activity using the data described above. Vercel hosts and delivers the website. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

06

Your choices and privacy requests

You can submit a callback request without agreeing to text updates. If you previously agreed to texts, reply STOP to opt out. You can block or delete analytics cookies through your browser. To ask United HVAC to review, correct, or delete information connected to a website request, call (703) 719-1191 or use the contact form and write privacy request in the problem details.

07

Retention, security, and policy changes

United HVAC has not published one fixed retention period for every system. Records may remain in the CRM, email notifications, analytics, and hosting logs while needed for response, operations, security, or legal obligations. The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, but no internet system can guarantee complete security. This policy is not directed to children under 13. The date above will change when this policy is updated.
