These terms cover use of the United HVAC website. They do not replace a written estimate, work order, or service agreement.

These terms apply when you browse unitedhvacllc.com, use its free estimate form, or tap its phone links. Actual HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, water-heater, or pump work is governed by the written estimate, work order, or service agreement provided for that job.

United HVAC does not charge for the visit, diagnosis, or repair or installation estimate. Submitting the form does not create a confirmed appointment, guarantee availability, approve the final job price, make the repair or installation itself free, or require either party to proceed. A service commitment exists only after United HVAC confirms the next step and both parties accept the applicable job terms.

Provide contact and property information that you are authorized to share. Do not use the form to send unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or sensitive financial information. United HVAC may reject spam, abusive requests, or requests outside the work it performs.

By sending a free estimate request, you allow United HVAC to call about that request. The callback option that says Call or text me back also gives permission to send texts to the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Text consent is not a condition of purchase, and the form includes a separate path without text updates. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

The website provides general information about services and common equipment problems. It cannot diagnose a system, promise that a specific repair will work, or set the final job scope from a form submission. Conditions found at the property determine the recommendation, price, and work terms.

The website links to Google, Virginia DPOR, and other third-party pages for reviews, public records, or provider information. United HVAC does not control those sites or guarantee that an external page will remain available. The DPOR record shown on the About page belongs to Mahmoud Rashid and should not be read as a separate company contractor-license claim.

United HVAC owns or is authorized to use the site copy, design, logo, and media unless a source is identified. You may use the site for personal or business evaluation of United HVAC services. Do not copy the site for resale, interfere with its operation, test it for unauthorized access, or use it to violate another person's rights.

United HVAC works to keep the website accurate and available, but the site may contain an error or become unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, United HVAC is not responsible for indirect losses caused only by use of, or inability to use, the website. These terms may change when the site or its practices change.
