Is the equipment a water heater, boiler, or combination unit?
A water heater supplies domestic hot water. A boiler heats the building. Combination equipment can do both. Share the model or a photo when it is available and describe whether the problem affects taps, space heat, or both.

What do fuel, venting, electrical supply, location, and demand change?
They change which equipment can fit, what connections are needed, how the system operates, and what the complete installation includes. United checks the actual property before treating the scope as final.

What should you do if a carbon monoxide alarm sounds or you smell gas?
